problem with my oros???

Hi when i use my oro k18s down a long hill that requires me to hold in my rear brake, the lever blade seems to travel towards the bar and at some loosing all power as it gets stopped by my grips (because it gets soft )
this isnt a problem all the time only when using the rear brake continuesly down a hill (approxx 10 sec,) and when it does this I can release the brake a second and it returns to normal...

what could be wrong?

    needs a bleed, air or water in there.

    Ok thanks the guys at my lbs told me it was a broken seal, i thought that sounded wrong because it isnt loose when using it briefly...

    it could be but I would expect there to be fluid leaking or a slow lever return (dead feeling).
