just a small problem with my rear v brake, every now and then the pads seem stick to the rim, usually when i am climbing 
, its like its not releasing when i have applied the brakes, even though the lever goes back to its normal position, is this a cable problem or is the set up at the caliper end wrong

just found out the cause of the problem, the rear outer cable housing is to short, when i turn the bars the whole outer pulls the calipers but doesnt release the tension when i straighten bars again
