The heel retention on the Zxelliums seemed fairly poor when I tried them on in the shop (they've nothing on Sidi Ergos IMO) and the clothing guy seemed to agree; I guess that this is primarily down to individual foot shape but I'm glad I tried them on along with other shoes and didn't order online.
