Peak District - 3 Days - Direct Me
So, four of us are travelling up (from flat Suffolk) to the peaks - 18th June 2010.
We are all fit and have ridden everywhere else in the UK, apart from the Peaks!
Where's the best trails, and where can maps be found? Also, are there trail centres, like in Wales/Scotland?
Thanks alot,
help is very much appreciated. Cheers

if you go to monkeyspoon.com there a lot of qualityvideo and pics of the best downhill stuff in the area.
some good route maps here, to buy that is,

nearest trail centres are cannock, an shefeild
Don't bother with Cannock the peaks wins, you can also ride over down by pindale near castleton or Jacob's Ladder.
Just get an OS map and link those long dotted lines.
and thanks Smiley, heard alot about Jacob's Ladder, going to have to try to find it!
What sort of trail should we expect in the Peaks?
As a comparison to your average trail centre trail... Harder? Rockier?
Thanks alot
