Warm Weather Advice

Now I have retired I will be spending a good few months a year in Cyprus.

Cycling has to be early morning or just before sunset, but it can still be warm.

What advice do folk have about the best bib shorts and short sleeved jerseys to look for on the UK market? I am not into spending vast sums of money and presently have some DHB stuff from Wiggle. I would spend more if a particular brand or range offered significantly more comfort.

When not cycling baggy and free seems best. I have always stayed away from synthetics, but was recommended Aidadas Climalite. I have just bough a pair of long baggy football shorts without a mess liner and they do seem cool and comfortable for when I cannot get away with wearing a sarong and don't need to be as formal as chino type shorts.

Go faster stripes, logos and other adornments I can do without. Any recommendations?

Are the Nike equivalent shorts as good for temperature and humidity? Or any other makes?
