I'm a tall lad, and am after some bib shorts that manage to avoid the Sean Yates look, i.e. I'm after regular shorts but ones with a generous leg length.

Any suggestions?

Try to find somewhere that stocks Pearl Izumi. They are the only make find that fitted me - pricey though.

The best ones I have are Santani. I had to go for the extra large though to get a decent leg length and i'm a 32" waist. The are tight even at extra large.

Giordana Tenax are longish, and great bibs to wear.

+1 for the Tenax Carbon - good fit and as comfortable as my Assos Uno's but a lot lighter on the pocket. Well made.

At 6' tall with a 34"-36" waist I went for XXL and they fit like a glove. Length on the leg is about 2.5"/3" above the knee and I have a 32" inside leg. Hope that helps.
