Bike fit Bath

Has anybody been for a Bike fit at either Total Fitness or Mikes John's Bikes in Bath? If so was it worth the money and how much did it cost? My Physio recommended one to me this week so just trying to get a bit of info before I commit.

    I did one with Pete Giddings (who I think is the chap that Johns Bikes & Cadence - the new shop in Bath) both use. Found it helpful & it was reassuring to know that most of my existing set-up was pretty close to the mark. Might be even more valuable if buying a new bike though.
    Between me & Eddy Merckx we've won pretty much everything worth winning on a bike.
