Does anyone know anywhere around Trafford Park that could be hit for an hour or 2 after work, doesnt have to be amazing or challenging, just a case of strewtching the legs after work instead of getting stuck in rush hour traffic.

Ive been told Irlam/Barton Moss but dont know how to get access?
Can I get straight down the Mersey towpath?

    On Google Street View it looks like there's a path just off Liverpool road. I'm gonna go and take a look when I get back from Uni because it looks alright.
