Does anyone know of a bike rental shop in/close to London which hires out racing bikes?

    I was after this too and found nothing available really. Plenty of MTB but not much for road racing bikes.

    if it's a short period you could try an lbs and see if they'll rent you a demo bike

    ...who've got some basic road bikes, i doubt you'll find anyone hiring out anything better, too much risk

    My Dad did the London Triathlon last year and I remember ex-rental bikes being sold I think by TriandRun. They don't seem to have anything on their site now but you could ask them.
