Zefal Sealant Spray - how to use?

Just bought a can of this...

but really have no idea how to use it, the instructions aren't fantastic, anyone ever used this product with traditional tyres and can give advice?

    Looks like the same sort of thing they sell for car tires here in the States. Shake well, screw it on the valve stem, press bottom on top until can is empty, ride on(if it works).
