can anyone recommend a good D lock for approx £30 - main purpose to secure my bike in the shed - due to a recent spate of brake ins

i've noticed cycle express are offering a Sinero 43 D Lock by Abus at £22.50 (25% discount)
I cant find any reviews on it though- is it any good - and any other makes or models anyone can recommend

cheers

    Kryptonite Evolution Series 4

Its gold standard (insurance requirement) and £30.00 if you look around. Heavy but all the good ones are.

Have a look at the Onguard Brute. I would also get a decent chain and ground anchor as well.

Consider spending another £25 and get a Kryptonite New York Mini.

If you're in london then Wilsons cycles in Peckham do a very well regarded D lock for £15 - it's called GPS or something similar - so if you're in the area you could get two for the money. It's the first lock on the lfgss forum's 'locks that work' thread
