Toast is awesome!!! FACT, so are most products that can be toasted...

We have just got a toaster in the office!!! Yay!
How long til it's removed for 'health and safety reasons' bets ladies and gentlemen please!!!

have eaten 4 slices of cinnamon and raisin bread toast today om nom nom :D

    I bet within two weeks as it will never be cleaned properely and therfore all teh crumbs will start to burn soon. the smoke will start then H&S will step in :p

    27 mins, for crumbs will overwhelm everything in the building and your office will be plunged into a crunchy dark age! :lol:

    A whole 2 weeks....that's better than I thought! it's lasted 5 hours and I thought that was good going!

    well thats not good because the crumbs will get out the building plunging uss all into the dark ages! Planes wont fly, cars wont work, bikes wont work, boats wont work, trains will work less, the sea will resemble a cheap cup a soup with creutons and you wont be able to walk anywhere because we'll be waist deep in crumbs. Quick close that window before you kill us all!!!!!! :shock:

    We had a toaster taken out of the office because it 'had an exposed element' :evil:

    Nobody can figure out where the smell of toasted sandwiches comes from though ;)

    Toast is awesome, but IMO, it's better done under the grill than in a toaster.

    Or, even better, done over an open fire, late at night, round the campfire, as the sun's setting, spread will a little butter, accompanied by a mug of tea and good friends.

    But the fact I can now have it for breakfast without paying the canteen 30p a slice (thin sliced smartprice bread) is pretty damn good!!!

    I just don't want them to take it away.......

    I give it a few days, until the office idiot goes fishing for their crumpled up teacake in there with a metal fork, whilst standing in a bowl of water and shorts out the whole of sheffield, at the same time, frying their nether regions.

    Toast, however is awesome, and the new arrival should be celebrated with this beauty with a bit of best butter (serving suggestion)

    .... there are idiots here but they don't work in this room. My worry is the smell of toast will attract them here!

    We have some wooden stick things to remove stuck toast, so hopefully forks would be avoided however they are probably a fire hazard!

    We've got an oven, 2 hotplates, 3 microwaves, 2 kettles, a water cooler, a toastie maker and a grill oven here, and there's only 20 or so of us working here on a busy day :lol:
