Yes, it's purile. Yes, it's shallow, but when puberty's calling and the hormones are raging, suddenly there's a whole new species on the planet. It's a condition that even the underware section of the mail order catalogue can't cure.

So who were you obsessing over in the 80s?

ah, I'd have a fully functioning right hand if it wasnt for Debbie Harry.

I always liked Annabella Lwin (bow wow wow).

momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.

I've watched "Ladyhawke" more times than I care to admit.

    +1 for Debbie Harry.

Sigh, where did the 80's go. Funnest times of my life.

Walked into a pub in '82, where they were doing a "Gentlemans" calendar.

The "makeup girl" was Nina Carter, page 3 girl, married to Rock God, Rick Wakeman.

Nice, very nice indeed. Nice character too.

Met Maria Whittaker as a 15 year old and never been the same since. Kelly Le Brock was the epitome of 80's totty to me though, every 80's teenage boy would have created something similar if Weird Science happened to them ;-)

During the first half of the 80s I was more obsessed with ponies than the opposite sex. Top tottie in my world meant a placid and very cooperative palamino called Bubbles, and a bad boy pony called Mickey. I loved Mickey cos he was so unpredictable & stubborn but great fun to ride.

In the second half of the 80s, I finally discovered boys. :D I drooled over tennis golden-boy Stefan Edberg, and bad boy Matt Dillon. I also thought Chris Waddle was hot.

I've got a vague memory of being round at a mate's watching the Kate Bush video for Babooshka over and over again.

A top bird, even if she's a bit crackers (which seems to be a prerequisite for any lasses I fancy).

    kate+bush+babooshka.jpg

I've never really got the Clair Grogan thing though.

There was Nancy Wilson from Heart (not the pudding!) and Lorraine Lewis from Femme Fatale. Ann Turkel was hot.

    for Lorraine lewis (phew!)

Rod Stewart probably has fond memories of those days as he probably dated most of the hot tottie arounfd that time incl. K le Brock

Almost added Glynis Barber myself but thought I'd picked enough. Goes to show it really was the best decade. You can add Kim Basinger in 9.5 Weeks to the list too, particularly liked her "home cinema" scene :D
