I run Giant TCR and was wondering about replacement forks that run a larger lower bearing.

Easton don't seem to have any, according to their website.

Anyone seen any, all carbon and ideally with a straight blade?

    I suspect you are right...

I've just emailed Giant to see if they do replacements. The main idea is to get a full carbon fork, as the current fork has an alu steerer and isn't very light (500g +). I've trimmed the weight everywhere else and this is one of the last places to shed some gs

There's the Look HSC6, but again you can't seem to buy it on its own. At 325g, though, it'd worth asking a Look dealer.

you can also get reducers for 1 1/18 forks - seen this on the Vegas show - but I've not seen any for sale retail. might have been a prototype only.

a 1 1/8 fork in a 1 1/4 HT would look pretty gay as well
