Small fry. Cyclingnews has it now. They say the product is legal is some countries, but not in France, so who knows.

Also says that one of them rode for a year with Astana, so looking at the Tour de Franche-Comté startlist... it must be this fella:

I still despair at the idea of riders going to races with suitcases containing this sort of stuff. You just don't need all these things to race, it's totally the wrong attitude.
