I'm looking for a ride buddy around Carnforth (I'm based in Bolton Le Sands).
I ride mainly on the road (cyclocross bike) and am around the levels of 25 miles a ride but not really mixed any hills in yet but as I'm doing the Isle of White round the island route in 5 weeks I'd like to find someone similar to help me crunch the miles.
