to be at work all day whilst all you lucky people are out riding in the sunshine

Today will probably be spent mostly making Havana Mojitos for all the smug people sat out in the sunshine. Life is so unfair!

What lovely beverages will you be worshiping the sun god with today?

    little brown fella,

in that case i made a jerry this morning. except he was fairly substantial.

todays drink will be strongbow although i concur with all of the folk drinking havana club mojitos out there in the world, my advice is the 7 year stuff. there may be a couple of johnnie walker black labels in my belly at some point this sunny day too.

Now going to get showered and head over to my Missus' for some beer in the garden(probably cold carling) and a nice bbq later.

What is wrong with people?! Scorching sun filled day, made just 1 mojito (of the havana especial variety,) and 28 cappucinos! Nearly time to finish and have a few cheeky strongbows, which will obviously be consumed rapidly to prevent them getting warm. :D

Next bloody person who complains about it being too hot after that absolutely horrid winter looses infinitum cool points.

Spent 3 hours on the beach just lazing about in the sun and loved it.

Just spent the day in the sun stripping down my old Saracen, putting the reasonable parts on my wifes BSO in the vain hope it will make it half decent (well good enough for a cycle on the occasional tow path) bike and have now cracked open the second can of Strongbow.

Sadly my lovely wife has pointed out that I'm quite badly sunburned across my arms, nose, forehead and the back of my legs. Only thing for it is more Strongbow, it's like cooling after sun; from the inside :D:D:D

Now cooking a nice leg of lamb for dinner.

    Coolio...

I've also got a cool fridge like that but mine isn't Crank Brothers.

Do those 'slots' on the left hand side actually chill? i.e they are not just storage? 8)

Just cracked open my first of 4 bottles of Brakespeares Oxford Gold

I earnt it by doing a 50 mile road ride trying to keep up with 2 guys who are older but waaaaaay fitter than me. I think if I move too quick one of my legs will fall off.

    Its gonna hurt tommorow

Spent all day in the sun either sun bathing or playing a range of Frisbee and cricket with my brother, followed by a BBQ. Now for a bit of Britain's got talent, and a early night.

Managed to conduct a session of training on fire & coshh, Personal hygiene & food handling and health & safety, outside in the sun. Many pints of strongbow, amstel & heineken were consumed by all. a job well done me thinks.

I've made this mistake many a time. It's not until about 8 or 9oclock when you look in the mirror, continuing to cook from the inside out, and you suddenly realise that you look like a tomato. 5 hours later, you're lying in bed, trying to sleep, wondering why it's so hot...as you silently become redder

That said, I've spent two full days in the blazing sun. I should be burnt to a crisp...

I'm not a fan of red wine, it stains your teeth and it's rare to see a cyclist with bad stained teeth. :P
