Rock Shox Forks.

At the moment I have Totem Coils on my Orange Patriot. There great forks but way to heavy for the riding I am doing these days. I was thinking of going back to some Lyriks again as I had them before and they where great. I always liked the Mission Control platform damping on both these forks. However I think possible the way to go is Revelation as its more all mountian riding I'm doing. The only thing that is worrying me is I have never used there Motion Control damping. How does this compare Mission Control? Looking at the forks it looks more like a lockout and that I don't want. I am looking for something more along the lines of the Manitous old SPV valve. Any thoughts or advice most appreciated.

The Motion Control does not have as many adjustments as the Mission Control, but does have compression adjustment and Floodgate adjust so you can set up a damping platform type thing.
The Black Box version has improved circuits.0 -
Thanks Supersonic that's great. I was thinking of saving for the Team but if the cheaper ones have the adjustable platform I may give them a try. Thanks again.0

I'd get the team if you can afford it for that Black Box motion control damper. It will fell more like the mission control.0
