hey guys,
just taken my genesis altitude out of the box for the first time and the headset feels like its been assembled with sand rather than grease....
its sealed so i cant see any way of opening it up and cleaning out and replacing the grease...
any help would be greatly appriciated, at the moment i have a 1500 pound bike which sounds like a 10p one...
Do you think i have any chance with warrentee? i cant take it back to the lbs as it came through halfords c2w scheme... and my halfords is full of numptys....
Thank s

+1......... Don't tear the bearings apart. This really sounds like a case of overtightening as "stevet1992" says.0
