Advice on cromoly / steel forks

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a Kona Sutra 2007 frame with a view to building it up, taking most of the components off my current bike.
I need to buy some steel forks to go with the frame. They need to fit 700c wheels and I want some that are disc brake compatable. I would also like to be able to fit front panniers on.
If anyone has any suggestions/recommendations. Or even if anyone has any for sale. I would greatly appreciate any advice.
P.S.the original forks on the bike would have been Kona P2 700c Triple butted w/Lowrider, i would get these if anyone knows where i could get some that took discs.
Thanks

What about contacting Kona about the availability of 2010 forks, or the disc and canti compatable forks for a Cotic Road Rat might be available. Or getting a framebuilder to put some suitable disc mounts on some suitable touring forks.0

Thanks for that.
Hadn't thought of getting some custom made. I might contact Kona too and see if they'll give me a price.Got to get up to get down0
