Couldn't pick just one, I've had dealings with Wiggle & CRC, and they've been very good.

CRC seem to edge out a little on price and speed of delivery, but I like the free "For Goodness Shakes" you get from Wiggle!

wiggle and CRC are generally very good. but wiggle used city link to deliver my bike and it was a farce, as most transactions involving city link seem to be.

never had a problem with wiggle, only used merlin once, i cant blame the delivery driver for it being a week late because merlin forgot about my order

I Dont like Wiggle anymore as they charge an extra £4 if you want a normal despatch if you use the free option they dilly dally about for a couple of days first (and dont reserve your goods). So a big thumbs down for Wiggle who cant give the same outstanding delivery that CRC do even tho they both use the same courier.

Another vote for Chain Reaction, though Wiggle and Ribble come a very close second. I have only received excellent service from all three suppliers.

Can't say I've had bad service from any bike retailer yet.

But my vote goes for PBK, a superb company imo :D

Made an order at the sametime from Wiggle & CRC a few days ago, both using free shipping.

The CRC order came a day before Wiggle did.

I've used Wiggle so many times, the only downside I've had with them is that living in London in a block of flats, as they use Royal Mail, I often find the Postman hasn't even bothered to try and deliver it, so I usually end up having to get to the depot with Wiggle orders.
