    Bait and switch.
    By way of an explanation, I went for a job interview on Friday but the job I had applied (bait) for had already been filled but they interviewed me for a lower position that payed about a third less (switch). Got a call today offering me the job. Dunno what to do.

    Cycled in everyday this week, yesterday was a bit more challenging, few cars and no bikes seen, today I'm taking off as the South Downs are calling to me. They look lovely in the snow.
