pads wont move back on juicy 3

hi my pads are stuck together in the middle of the brake and the piston wont push back so the back wheel does not spin advice please

    so you pulled the lever with out the disc in place. yes the pads/pistons will push home.
    use something to push on the backs of the pads to push the opposite piston home.

    making sure that you push them straight. if you have not pushed them straight and they are now stuck a caliper stripdown is most likely.

    Go to the cutlery draw and get a handful of butter knives - insert one, then two etc.. until the gap is wide enough to get a screw driver/tyre lever in.

    If you have a bleed kit, you might want to slacken the leaver (or caliper if the bike is upside down) bleed screw and then do a bleed after to re-pressurise.
