I need some of this tape, but I forgot what it's called....It's black, comes in a roll, is sticky on one side and is mainly used for wrapping around chainstays? IIRC it's about £6 for the roll...? :P

I need a chainstay protector for my Torrent, it's either that framewrap, or a neoprene protector thing - but nearly none fit as the chainstays on the Torrent are about 3 times thicker than a 'normal' bike chainstay

i would give the biggest size lizard skins a go. if not just send it back and use frame wrap0

get some of this tape instead. its loads cheaper
and, it doesnt use adhesive, it only sticks to itself, so no mess when you come to take it off.
i use similar stuff to this on my coiler and its holding up pretty well. makes it loads quiter too0
