Rear wheel loose spokes and maybe out of dish

Noticed when riding last night that the back wheel on my stumpy seemed to be flexing in the corners. This is the spec:
RIMS
DT Swiss custom for Specialized X420, 24mm w/ eyelets, 28/32h
REAR HUB
Shimano custom M525SL hub for Specialized, 32h, alloy QR
SPOKES
DT Swiss 1.8mm stainless, alloy nipples
A few of the spokes have come loose, the nipple can be almost pulled out of the wheel.
I think the wheel may be out of dish as well, it sits closer to the drive side chainstay all the way around.
Is it worth repairing ( and how much should it cost) or should I bite the bullet and just get a new wheel?
Thanks
Chris

Take it to a wheel builder - be about 15 quid.0
