Hi, could someone help me source a set of jockey wheels for a Tiagra rear deraileur. It's a tiagra RD4500 9 speed and they're 11 tooth wheels. I've scoured tinternet and found a few but wanted to make sure I'm getting the right ones. Also are Tacx jockey wheels ok ?

Shimano jockey wheels are pretty much universal (except for some of the extremely low end stuff), as long as they're marked as Shimano compatible they'll be fine.

go with some Tacx ones, like this

IMO, they are superior to Shimano, especially Tiagra level with their metal bushings.
