Can't decide on what to do. I broke a spoke or two on yesterday's ride home. I now have (due to a client cancelling) a free evening, so can do some fettling. But what to do?
I have a spare set of wheels that I could fit, but if I did that, I'd have to remove the mudguards as they're a tad wider than the current ones. Would make the bike look more Racey rather than Tourer.
I think I have some spare spokes for these wheels, that I could have a go at replacing (non-drive side so not too problematic to get to)
I have 3 other useable bikes I could use - TT, NRS, XTC. I'd have to change the tyres on the NRS though as I'd not want to commute on the Flywieghts (any weight saving gained by them would be lost by me having to carry half a dozen spare tubes...). XTC and TT are ready to go, but then I've not ridden the XTC properly since building it up as I'm really waiting for some new bars for it.
I could do nothing and go for a ride tonight, rather than fettling.
I need to ride to work tomorrow, prefer to ride the CX bike, so let the Forum decide...

go for the easy option of a ride, then take a non broke bike to work.fly like a mouse, run like a cushion be the small bookcase!0
