I'm helping my boss replace his stolen wheels. he only uses his bike to commute so needs nothing fancy.

what he does require is disc hubs, 160mm rotors and a 9speed cassette.

What are his options and how cheap can he get all this for?

About a 100-120 quid at Merlin cycles and rotors off ebay.

Have a look at Deore hubs on Mavic 317 rims, and a Deore cassette.
