I asked SWMBO and she agreed ....
Bought a new pair of shoes and had to stop 3 times on the way home last night to sort them out.

I stopped every five miles today to try and finally sort out my left knee pain, FFS 1mm in any direction and the pain moves ever-so-slightly how fooking annoying.

Good god man higher than 70  I don't think id be moving at 70.
My avg cadence is 95-100 on the commute, I stopped grinding gears way back in the early days of the MASSHOOF ring wars.
I use spds on the commute set very loose and stretching is for birds!Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.

Rumour has it that Cafewanda on a normal bike is about the same height off the ground as the average recumbent
PS Many things far worse than a wonky cleat. For example, getting your willy trapped in a threshing machine is far worse than a wonky cleat........Faster than a tent.......0 -
How bout a Cleaty Wonk? That's MUCH worse, lol!
Yeah, had it too on Sundays road ride.
Crank Bros plates are ok, it was the two hex bolts that are shite.
Got a bit of knee discomfort on the turbo just now.
I'm blaming the cleats.0 -
even within the cleat world there's worse than a wonky one.
how 'bout the cleat that comes loose, so your foot turns....and turns.... until you've snapped your tibia.....but the cleat won't disengage!0 -
Something about as bad - a new squeak on your bike once you have just cleaned it.
You get off - check some bolts - think you've fixed it and then it gradually comes back...
then repeat...
eventually you arrive home.0
