Bought a pair of hope hoops a couple of months back, the front wheel developed a strange rattle, turned out there was a fragment of metal in the box section of the rim (Stans ZTR355), contacted winstanleys who arranged collection, return to hope, then redelivery with brand new rim.

Nice to know service is not dead.
