Headed out with cycling buddy at 6:00 pm for ride to Bournemouth
Made it a whole 11 miles when at 30mph I hit a pothole and broke a spoke and buckled my rim :(

I hope it's going to be as warm and sunny tomorrow. I've got a 3.5hr window and hope to do a nice steady ride but haven't decided a route yet.

It may sound harsh, but you are a bit of a muppet if you go cycling without a pump.
