servicing Wellgo MG-1s?

One of my MG1s is a little bit stiff, just decided to have a look at it... The end cap comes off easily enough but under that is a little nut on the end of the axle. Now, either it's a 9mm nut and I need to go buy a 9mm socket, or it's a 10mm nut and my 10mm sockets just don't fit, but I can't really tell which. Anyone know?
Once I get the nut off, anyone know what I'm going to find? Sealed cartridge bearings?

Not much help but when I tried to service my V8's bearings, the socket wouldn't fit in the body so couldn't get the axel out to so couldn't service them
Gave me an excuse top Mum and Dad to get the Superstars though :twisted:0 -
If I was totally sure it was a 10mm nut, I'd just stick a socket in the lathe but I'm not really convinced it is. I suppose it might even be an imperial size but that'd be surprising.Uncompromising extremist0

Ah hah! Found a 1/4 inch 9mm socket. Annoyingly I have about a grand's worth of tools in the garage, 3 teng tools socket kits... But they don't cover 1/4 inch 9mm, so the only one I have is from a really cheap and nasty screwdriver set I got free with a PC magazingUncompromising extremist0

Top thread very useful. Just did mine as they were sounding a bit dry- I still have no idea if the bearings are changeable just stripped cleaned and re-assembled packing grease everywhere :?
Sound and feel like new now...add them to the regular mainrenance schedule now too!0
