Nosiy brakes

Have just chnaged my wheels this weekend & when I have been out riding the brakes have been making a really loud squeeling noise & vibrating thorugh the frame.
The brakes are Avid juicy 7 & I have never had this problem before - could it be due to something like how tight I have done the disk bolts?
