Hi all,,
I'm planning on buying this on eBay. New Beto TR001 Road & MTB Bike Airflow Turbo Trainer http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270537565371&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_3235wt_994 (sorry for the messy link code but I'm on my iPod)
i wondered if anyone has had any experience with these? It would be my first turbo so not quite sure what to look for. It's obviously very cheap so what am I missing out at that price? It will be used for winter training and when I'm to chicken to go out in the rain in the "summer" ! I couldn't see any way to change the resistance? I can't see that those little fans offer much?! It does show that you can direct tge air flow to cool you which I thought was a nice touch!
Any feedback would be most welcome!

Get a proper turbo trainer. That one is cheap and nasty. You'll get a decent used turbo by Tacx for £50.More problems but still living....0

Yeah, I like the look of the tacx turbos. They seem to get good reviews. Problem is on eBay they all seemto be local pick up only........
What makes this one cheap and nasty?
