Help ride round Thirsk, Sutton Bank way.

I am looking for a all mountian / free ride / dh ride around Thirsk way possibly around Sutton Bank or other close ish places. Can any one recommend a good place round there to go for a spin? Thanks

silton woods is close by there is a downhill track in there also there is old stuff tucked away in boltby woods but silton is more purpose built i will get you some links for it in a minute.

There is also a downhill at carlton bank which is not to far from there.
