Best cheap shorts?

I need to stock up on some more shorts, I always wear baggys over the top (the world in not prepared for my rump in lycra!) so not worried if they are undershorts.

I have been looking at the DHB undershorts on Wiggle but wondered if anyone had a better recommendation?
