Hi, I'm looking at buying a bike for £300 - 350 and have seen this deal online...

http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/produ ... _Bike_2008

But I don't know much about landrover bikes so i wanted to ask some experts. Is ths a good deal or are there better offers out ther?

Cheers

Chris

Good selection of kit for £350 you cant go wrong.

Only thing that looks a bit cheap is the wheels but you can easily upgrade for a £100 or so when they give up the ghost

That actually looks pretty good for the money. Not sure I've seen anything with a better spec for less money recently.

Are the forks any good on it?

Rockshox Tora forks are a step up on any fork you will find at the same price. For £350 the best your going to get is a Suntour or RST fork which will be a bit nasty the Tora coil is a hefty fork but is quite capable.

?Are the components good enough to buy the bike, flog the frame and keep the rest?
