what spec.. of grease should I be using to lube the crank / all areas of my MTB?
Also , on the specialized fsr xc BB there is an outboard sealed cartridge bearing - I take it this is not a servicable part? (sealed)
and if required you just replace the bearing complete?
Is there a special tool that I can buy to remove the pedal / arms ? there are 2 hex bolts on the end but also a large splined nut.
