Richardsons in St. Ives
Howes Cycles in Cambridge
Ben Hayward in Cambridge and at Horningsea (Notcutts Garden Centre)
Giant in Cambridge0 -
Unless you have too much money to care, I would strongly recomend avoiding Ben Hayward repair shop (the one behind the anchor).
Shop's fine enough, though they suffer from the chronic East Anglian sourness.0 -
I'd avoid Ben Haywards and Howes, try Primo cycles on Burleigh street. Just bought a Cervelo S1 from there, they know their stuff and are friendly too.0

Ben Haywards is a little overpriced, and they have lost my custom several times because the staff were pretty unpleseant. I am a big fan of Townsends though, they are very helpful, and they stock Genesis, Ridgeback, and Scott at pretty good prices.0

Don't forget city cycle centre in Ely - Had a fitting with them last week and can't believe how much difference its made0

Theres a good'un in Shelford, though the owner does come over a bit arrogant - he does seem to know his stuff.0
