Guys I got a set of the Local Clubs Gear a couple of weeks ago but found the shorts are a bit too big. Tried to get a L but the club had none left. So is there anyway to get them to shrink a bit, they are a bit loose around the end of the thighs, Any Ideas would be great.

Instead of trying to shrink your shorts, try this instead:

I don't recall ever seeing Sir Chris in loose shorts.

(Or maybe you could have a tailor take them in a bit? IME Lycra doesn't shrink.)

Gaffa tape may stop them catching in your chain

    ...they're not going to shrink.

    Eat more pies?

Seriously, there's nothing really you can do - baggy shorts is not a good look.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Get them adjusted or give up on them - lycra won't shrink. IME, too big bibs are horribly uncomfortable.

sods law dictates the only time anything shrinks in the wash is when it was bit too tight in the first place!

Just lost 3 1/2 stone in the last year so eating more pies is not an option for me! Thanks to all for the advise.

Crikey that weight lifter seems to have given birth to a small white box...

You could try squats but to be frank I'd give up on them, flog them on, and get another pair that wil be suitable.
