Setting up SRAM Force calipers

Thought I'd start a thread.
Mine are lacking a bit of bite. Not as powerful as my Ultegra. And I know that ain't right.
The cables are secure and tight, there is a minimal distance between block and rim, so that doesn't seem to be it.
Thoughts are:
1. brake surface, will give it a degrease.
2. Bedding in of swiss stop blocks.
3. Toe in. Though no squeal or judder ruling this out.
4. Mavics. Read reports Mavic's don't like some blocks?

I changed groupsets from Ultegra to SRAM Rival and found the braking much better.
Just adjusted the pads parallel with the rim (no toe in ) and they work very well on my Mavic Opensport rims and new Aksiums.
Maybe you should clean up the rims with a scotchbrite pad and degreaser ?He is not the messiah, he is a very naughty boy !!0
