Anyone around the north Wales coast fancy showing me around?

I've pretty much kept myself to riding the Marin on my own since I moved up here (stupid working hours,) but I feel the need to get out and explore some natural trails/play areas etc. I rarely get weekends off and pretty much never a saturday, so looking for rides weekday daytimes.
Anyone fancy showing me about? I'm not the quickest/fittest and not been able to get out much of late, so approx 15 miles is my limit at the moment though I'm willing to give anything a go.
On a plus note, I run a bar up here so post ride beverages/snacks would be on me
