I use to use this stuff on my Yamaha R1 passenger seat (only way the wife could stay on! ).
Even with a pro onboard I doubt it's that fast!
Very lardy, too, at 8.9kgs...

I just checked the Fizik Ares (spelling!) TT saddle, and the standard saddle doesn't have any of that skateboard deck 'non slip' tape stuck to it.
Man, that would eat my Assos.Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0 -
Yeah - it's added on isn't it - others have used that suede-look stick on patch - I find on my arione on my TT bike (where the centre strip is the leather/not leather smooth finish) I slip more than on my Planet X it's not an arione rip-off honest officer, which has a full on suede strip right down the centre of the saddle.
May have to swap saddles now - I shift around far too much whilst testing.Cannondale Synapse 105, Giant Defy 3, Giant Omnium, Giant Trance X2, EMC R1.0, Ridgeback Platinum, On One Il Pompino...0 -

I'm no expert TommyEss, I'm just starting out in the 'testing', but from what I've read, I'd say too much movement may require an adjustment in position...
Either that, or get down to B&Q for a bit of 'non-slip'!Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0 -
Not excessive, just the usual pro mechanic's bodge required for rubbish gear.0

Well it's a new position - so a bit of tweaking is probably in order... We've got a guy in our club who's "Wind-tunnel" serious - so he's pretty good to ask for tips!Cannondale Synapse 105, Giant Defy 3, Giant Omnium, Giant Trance X2, EMC R1.0, Ridgeback Platinum, On One Il Pompino...0
