Bottle Cages for Cross Bikes

Hi,

I'm going touring this summer again but i traded my winter/touring bike for a cross bike. The problem i have is that i don't have and bottle cage screws or indeed screw holes for the cages.

Is there something i can do to carry water bottles?

Hey, that reminds me, I haven't seen handlebar cages for donkey years. That would be ideal if they're still around.
