I'm in St Albans but commute to B'wood for work. Mostly on road via Shenley. But do off-road every now and then. Some interestling little trails down from London Colney, across Watling Chase, Harperbury, up the hill to Shenley. Final blast down along the bridleway down to Rowley Lane.

Sometimes I drag the Jolly Saturdays crew down this way too.
