since getting my first decent roadbike (Kona haole) in feb this year i have found commuting on my Focus Maleta at 14.6kgs a drag. So have been considering the Ribble Winter bike with Campagnolo at £600.
Would this be a worthwhile move or is there a better winter bike with mudguards/eyelets?
Does anybody have weight of the ribble?
And finally what should i expect to get if i tried to sell my Focus now after 16mths commuting? It was £900 when i bought it and would probably need a service before i passed it on but the frame and drivetrain are in very good condition.

Ribble is a pretty good option, I have the same frame built as a single speed, it's fairly light. I think it's an ideal commuting road bike.
