I ask only because I ordered a load of stuff yesterday around 12, all of which is in stock, payment went through but it is still ´Processing`.

I email them a question about something I had ordered too but no response as yet. Not like any other time I have bought from them.

Are there any holidays in the UK that I don´t know about? Only I have a 4 day weekend (AWWW YEAH) and planned not to spend it listening to Tukkers harping on about the Trotts (Those who live in Holland will understand).

Looks like it might not matter now as its wet, cold and wet and looks to stay that way but I can hope :P

Hope CRC havn´t burnt down or anything and that my money is safe in Blighty and not with any Nigerian Generals.

Im still waiting some stuff that was sent to the wrong address 2 months ago. The constantly do not reply to emails & refuse to chase tha parcel up any further than their "retuns wharehouse" (asked them to place a claim with Parcel Force).

Very dissapointed, I think I can say goodbye to that 100 bucks.

That is a bit unusual I have to say. Hope all goes well getting your money/items.

Got to say that they emailed me back but weren't their usual helpful and accommodating selves.
Brilliant all the other times I have used them, but not so this time. Suppose no one can be perfect all the time.

They never bothered getting back to me on a couple of occasions so I no longer use them. Their prices have gone up a fair bit also, for what I look for anyway

last year i had this problem with CRC, ordered some stuff didnt hear anything for two weeks and then couldnt get through on the phone or e-mail for four days, eventually got my stuff after 3 weeks, needless to say i wont use them again as places like Wiggle and Parker,s have always delivered next day, i dont think CRC are always like this though as many people have no problems with them, perhaps i caught them at a bad time.

I've just waited a full month for my stuff, usually takes about 10 days for where I live.
An unlike the rest of you , CRC responded to my e-mail immediately.
Can't say more an that really.
    Finished

Funny you know, I ordered a cassette for my Avanti while I was trying to deal with them early in the piece with my MTB stuff & I had it within 5 days (Im in Australia), perfect part, perfect service, delivered to the correct address. It seems they have split personalities :)

Anyway, I found the stuff at a bike shop for the same price with less freight only a couple of hundred KM away (& I now have the stuff in my hands), you live & learn.

Thats the one you want. The OFT don't deal in individual matters. Good luck!

    Hooray! :D

    CRC finally shipped my order.

I can't imagine their warehouse is so big it takes 48 hours to circumnavigate so can only assume that they could not find a box big enough for my goodies. Maybe I'll get my stuff in time for some sun on Sunday. At the moment it is 8 degrees and wet.

Hope the volcano holds off too or there will be one unhappy bunny in the mosh-pit when I see Testament Sunday night. Oh yes!

Hooray for me too. I was just doing a routine check of my bank balance and I see CRC have refunded my purchase price for the good that did not reach me.

Bully for them, still no contact via Email to tell me this though or an explanation of how it all went so wrong

Hooray for me again, I recieved a call from one of my workmates today to say a parcel had arrived from CRC. I thought "bloody Australia post must have stuffed it up & it's finally here".

I was wrong, turns out they sent me a chain & cassete pro rata for the stuff around. Top stuff & hats off because I wasn't expecting it. I still find it odd that they do this with no email contact though.

Anyway, must stop having a winge now :)
