Another day another dollar....
Slept reasonably well last night, went to bed at 11 and slept straight through til 5:30 - not bad, leaving at half six, so am having a quick brew before I 'throw' work gear on.
One thing that amazes me are all the tarty BLOKES who work in the west end/city.
Do they get up at 4:00am for their beauty regime.....
Have a goof day websters!!! 8)

I went to bed shortly after 9 yesterday, i had worked from 23:00 on sunday till 19:00 yesterday evening, i'm still pooped but got a quiet day at work today.
I think i made up my mind not to buy the new bike? but that will probably change by second breakfast?
First breakfast will be purchased after i finish my caffine and it will be some sliced fried pig with brown sauce in a "roll"0 -

Yes, they do, but you are missing the bigger picture. The West End has the a highest proportion of smoking hot wimmins I've ever seen anywhere in the UK. especially in summer.0 -
This is true also but find one that speaks english!
I used to get the train to london every morning and its very hard not to get yourself into trouble for stareing0 -

1. They don't need to be able to speak English, rohypnol is a universal language

Morning Normans,
Another peaceful night last night, he only woke for feeding, so i got to sleep right through! Got him sat on my lap now catching a few rays to clear the last of the jaundice off.
Today shall be spent trying to decide on a new, shorter stem for the BFe build, and just having a laze. Ginger beer shall be involved me thinks.0 -

Morning dudes hope you have a good day.0

Good Morning Freaks!
Nothing much planned for today, except plotting out tomorrow's fettling day. 'Should' have the hardtail ready to ride. Won't be perfect (yet), but should be rideable.0 -
Oh, today I'm not doing any work. Instead, I've decided I'm going to learn how to jump by spending the entire day at the local playing fields where 2 jumps appeared recently. I've also just changed the pads on the front of the bike as I think they were contaminated.0

I'm off riding in about an hour0

Cat With No Tail, make sure you take a video camera with you. You can then either:
a) Show us your mad skillz innit
b) Earn £250 on You've Been Framed.
Win win."I ride to eat"0 -
For me, the main thing is not that I'm scared of hurting myself, I couldn't care less about that, I'm just pertified I'm gonna case a jump and wreck my bike.
Once I get over that, I think I'll be fine.0 -

Dr Pepper, whats the worse that could happen0 -
Morning all,
Managed to not oversleep so much today, so I’ll call that progress.
All is quiet on the StuartC front. The pack of biscuits I had last week put up a good fight and survived past lunch time, so I’ve got his twin brother and am going to teach him a lesson.
Also need to find a shorter stem for the wife’s bike. It’s a threaded headset so needs a quill stem, but it needs a 1 1/8th quill and most quill stems are just 1 inch. Stupid bloody bike.
VWSurfbum, cracking job of not making CWNT feel nervous there.
5 more sleeps till my 100k.
Is it 5 yet?"I ride to eat"0 -

Last night I fitted one tile to the wall. But what a monumentous tile it was for it had two pieces of freshly plumbed copper sticking out of it.
Completion is nearing.Advocate of disc brakes.0 -

Had a so far unproductive day emailing and ringing Mojo, wiggle and focus to find a fox fitting kit for the focus, I know I could quite happily leave the Dt swiss rear shock on it, but now its a matter of pride and this bike will not beat me, I wont allow it0

My DT Swiss shock (on the NRs) is awesome. Much prefer it to the Fox one on the Coiler.0 -
its a matter of pride now though lol, I cant let it beat me, its basically instead of a 6 or 8 mm bolt trough it at the bottom its got a 14.75mm suspension pivot holding it in place with a very thin du bushing and 2 loose spacers either side, I'm also concerned that this will make replacement very difficult in the future so I'm hoping either wiggle or through dealing directly with focus in Germany, I can get the relevant fitting kit, and a spare one for future use0

Well, I went and sessioned the local jumps.
Sadly, the bigger ones I wanted to do seem to have been bulldozed, presumably by some H&S Nazis, so I had to make do with the baby jumps.
Still, even just doing the baby jumps, I feel more comfortable now. Going to do some searching for some bigger ones at the weekend.0
