Due to a serious lack of knowledge and basic understanding in general regarding mountain bikes and how they work could someone please give me some advice regarding my rear shock.
I own a 2006 Specialised Enduro S Works - the rear shock is a Progressive Suspenssion 5th Element CV/t Remote.

I would like to know what people think about them as I was considering swapping out for an Fox air shock. Also are these still being made??
I find the ride quite plush the riding platform is great but am i getting the benefit of a 150mm travel bike?
If it makes any difference the front suspension is Fox Talas RC2..
Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you like it, and find it great, why change?
Use a o ring on the shock shaft to gauge whether you are achieving full travel.0
