You might not like Campbell, but he is thankfully not in the same intellectual league as Boulton.

Adam Boulton makes the BBC's Nick 'Tory Barcode' Robinson look impartial. Apparantly the two of them had a row on election night as well. Handbags boys!

There are so many times when people are accused of not answering the question....... in this case Alistair Campbell wasn't allowed to. The guy should be instantly put onto reporting on local rubbish like Jim Carey in Bruce Almighty!

I wanted to be objective and sensible about it - but the only conclusion I can draw, is that Boulton is an idiot and can't take it now that it seems there is another option to the Tories getting into power in some form or another.

I'm not a big fan of Campbell but he certainly came out top in that one, and if you saw how he and Jon Snow had a sensible but challenging debate on C4 news it again makes Boulton look like an amatuer.

Btw, did anyone see the clip on Have I Got News for You of Osborne turning on Mandelson? Finally found someone who makes Mandy seem likeable...

I must be odd, but you know I have an admiration for Mandy. Yes I can see he is a weasly, but then you need someone like that in your team. The thing is he "gets" manufacturing, which quite a number of Tories, let alone most of the centre left don't.

Sky News is definatly my favourite news channel, the presenters care! Adam today showed that he cares about the country! He said that he cared and campbell just overtalked him! Definatly my favourite news channel, the presenters maybe are controversal but it makes good viewing, was quite amusing today!

That'll be why the biggest twitter trend of two days ago was "Sack Kay Burley".

    The reason? This appauling interview.

Maybe I'm just being old skool, but news reporters are not supposed to be a) entertaining, b) controversial, c) amusing or d) opinionated.

The whole episode reminded me of watching Bill O'Reilly on Fox News.

In fairness to Adam, a notion which goes against every fibre of my being, he's nowhere near as bad as Bill O'Reilly.

Boulton's been at it again this evening!

    He seems very defensive today.

He's on live TV. At least have some dignity.

I reckon Boulton needs a holiday! This was a poor show. I actually liked the way Cambell wound him up whilst seeming reasonable - respect.

I rely on Radio 4, Channel 4 News, Newsnight, the odd paper and Jon Stewart for my news. Anybody else here like Jon Stewart?

John Stewart is fantastic! Why isn't there anyone like him here? (Rory Bremner and Mark Thomas need not apply.)

I had one of them red bikes but I don't any more. Sad face.

Boulton looks like a steam-ironed Sam Allardyce.
